Shipping Policy

Products purchased through our website will be subject to the dispatch and delivery conditions available on our site. The information of the place of shipment (destination address) is the sole responsibility of the client. The period chosen for the dispatch and delivery of the product is counted from the validation of the purchase and the means of payment used, considering only the business days for compliance with said period. However, the delivery periods are indicative and are not considered strict deadlines; having exceeded a delivery period will not entitle you to compensation. At this time, we will only be shipping to Puerto Rico and the United States.

Shipping according to the size of the piece

• Works of art that exceed twenty (20) inches in length will be shipped rolled on their frame slats in a tubular box.

• Paintings less than twenty (20) inches in length will be shipped in regular boxes according to their size.
• For the moment, the USPS will be used as our delivery service in Puerto Rico and to the USA. The pick-up service at delivery point applies only to Puerto Rico, and the benefit of both the client and Arte DJ will be taken into account for it. This service must be coordinated by phone, either by a call or a text message, or by email.

Term

The time frame for the shipment will be from 3 to 7 working days after the payment of the product has been validated. However, if the delivery period is exceeded, the right to compensation will not be granted, since the delivery dates are not strict and depend on various factors, such as weather, declined payment, among others, that may delay the delivery of the work.

Charge

The price of the package, whether in a rectangular box or in a tube, is fixed; having a cost for Puerto Rico and another for the United States. The same applies to products in the stationery section, although at a cheaper cost.

IMPORTANT EXPLANATORY NOTE: Works presented in the photographs of the store with a frame, will be sent WITHOUT the frame.
