Destinations

At Arte DJ, we carefully ship original artworks to Puerto Rico, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), and countries in the European Union.

Our EU destinations include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and Spain.

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll help you choose the safest shipping option.

Processing Time

We prepare and package each artwork by hand. Therefore, after confirming your payment, we process orders within 3 to 7 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Although we provide estimates, they may change.

Taking this time ensures we handle each piece with care, so it arrives in perfect condition and ready to enjoy.

Shipping Methods

We select the most reliable carriers for each destination. This way, we prioritize safety, tracking, and the protection of your artwork.

Once your piece leaves our studio, we immediately share tracking information, so you can follow its journey.

Artwork Packaging

To protect your artwork during transit:

For the time being, we ship pieces of 20 inches or larger rolled in a sturdy tube.
We send pieces smaller than 20 inches flat in reinforced boxes.

Note: Unless we specify otherwise, works shown with frames in store photos ship unframed.

Shipping Costs

We include shipping in the artwork price; thus, giving you a smooth checkout without extra fees.

This approach ensures your artwork arrives safely and without surprises.

Customs, VAT & Import Taxes

For international orders (Canada, UK, EU), your purchase may incur:

customs duties
VAT / IVA
import taxes or handling fees

These charges are not included in the artwork price; therefore, remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Arte DJ cannot predict or cover these costs.

Shipping Insurance & Responsibility

We carefully package each piece to protect it during shipping. We include insurance when appropriate for the value of the artwork.

Once your artwork leaves our studio and you receive tracking information, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. In the rare case of loss or damage, we assist with documentation to support your claim.

Accuracy of Shipping Information

Please provide a complete and correct shipping address.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or extra charges, which we cannot cover.
