Returns and Refunds Policy

At Arte DJ, we create each artwork with care and intention. Because we sell original, handmade pieces, we limit returns and refunds. Therefore, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • personal preference
  • size expectations
  • color variations due to screen settings

Each piece is unique and we sell it exactly as described on the product page.

2. Damaged or Defective Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To begin the review process, please provide:

  • clear photos of the damaged artwork
  • photos of the packaging (inside and outside)
  • your order number

After reviewing the case, we will decide the most appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • repair, when possible
  • replacement, when if applicable
  • partial or full refund

We issue refunds or resolutions only after verification.

3. Lost Packages

Once we ship a package, shipping carriers and customs assume responsibility for delivery.

However, if the carrier confirms that a package is lost, we will assist you in opening a claim when applicable.

Any compensation depends on the carrier’s investigation and insurance coverage.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Before completing checkout, please review your shipping details carefully.

Arte DJ does not assume responsibility for:

  • packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer
  • failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect information

If a package returns to us due to incorrect details, the buyer will cover any additional shipping costs.

5. International Orders

For international orders, including Canada, the UK, and the European Union:

  • customs duties, VAT/IVA, import taxes, or handling fees may apply
  • these charges are not refundable

In addition, Arte DJ does not control customs processes and cannot cover delays or additional fees.

If customs or the buyer refuses an artwork, the order will not qualify for a refund.

6. Refund Processing

When we approve a refund, we process it through the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

However, shipping costs remain non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed damage or error by Arte DJ.

7. Cancellations

Once we ship an order, we cannot cancel it.

If you wish to cancel before shipment, contact us as soon as possible.

Even then, cancellations depend on the artwork’s production and packaging status and are not guaranteed.
