Returns and Refunds Policy
To benefit from this policy, it is necessary to send the article back to us. Once we receive it and verify that it is in a good condition, we will proceed to refund the amount paid for the product. We do not offer exchanges.
Term
We have a period for returns of 14 days from the date you received your order at the address indicated when making the purchase. You must notify about the return before the 14 days are up through one of our service channels:

Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items can be refunded; special sale items cannot be refunded.
Exempt assets
- Items marked with discount and/or on special sale;
- Custom made items;
- Items that are part of joint promotions and/or combinations (partial returns (of one of the products) will not be accepted. It will be necessary to return the entire set or combination).
There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed.
Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable)
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing a part for reasons not due to our error or the buyer.
Procedure
- Request a refund and/or return via email, devoluciones@artedj.com, within a period of no more than 14 business days from when you received the product and let us know the reason for the return
- Delivery options:
- From home (going to the post office and sending your package by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt, or managing it with the courier company of your choice). You can return it to the following address: 531 Calle Girasol Extension El Valle 2, Lajas, Puerto Rico 00667. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.
- Return at meeting point.
- Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.
- No product changes will be made.
- Note: We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Response time
Money refund:
- Depending on the payment method you have used for your purchase, the refund will be made through an electronic transfer (within five business days after receiving the product again) or to your credit card.
- Partial refunds will be processed via electronic transfer.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not yet received an authorized refund, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
